How did we do this?
The most important thing is to make a plan of actions. We made a plan of three steps that helped us manage all objectives. A good strategy is what you should start with. We will tell you more about the steps in the following sentences.
Don’t forget that you can’t start anything without research. We paid special attention to our competitors (competition analysis) and saw what we could do better.
We created a trademark for the brand Catalina Osipov and for the founder, too. Creating her personal brand helped her with launching next collections. It means visibility, credibility and awareness.
At this step we also designed social media platforms and made a content plan for them. Content marketing is essential when it comes to business growth.
The brand has gradually transformed from an affordable one into a VIP one. Online positioning helped us establish a premium brand and the costs increased up to five times. We selected two main target groups (segmentation) — ladies (middle class and high) and men (as a great premium gift for their beloved women).
Also, we put an accent on the showroom. We selected a special perfume for aroma marketing (both for showroom and packages), good light so that every selfie in the mirror will make the client look always best and last but not least we selected a team that understands and shares brand’s values. Our purpose was not only to increase sales but to build a relationship between the brand and the client.
We made written plans for online as well as for offline sales. Everything was done step by step.
Thanks to cross-marketing tools, the brand’s products got access to different events that gave us more awareness. The brand presents its new collections at fashion weeks, creates new lines (for example for pregnant women) and the online content (stories, posts) is distributed in big numbers.
The good news is that the brand began its promotion in the neighbor’s country. We made sure that distribution channels (website and delivery) are efficient there and clients do not have difficulties with ordering or shipping. Our SEO & Web Development department did the best work!
A year and a half of work helped our client move into a premium lingerie brand! This is also the result of our analytical work. We built the strategy by studying the market and the clients’ needs. Having studied the market, we realized that quality and design allow us to sell products with a bigger price. So, we launched new lines, used more expensive materials in order to increase the cost gradually. After six months, it was a completely premium brand and the products’ cost increased up to five times.
We improved the premium boxes for packaging, created gift cards and gave our clients the feeling that they always look stunning.
We created emotions, moods and feelings. That’s how good marketing should work!
